Randy S. Baughman was named CFO of Kimble Chase in November 2008.
 Prior to joining Kimble Chase, Randy held increasing responsibilities at several multi-national corporations, most recently as CFO of Gerresheimer Glass, Inc. His responsibilities included finance, treasury, tax and IT. Randy is also responsible for Global Supply Chain activities within Kimble Chase.
Prior to Gerresheimer Glass. Inc., Randy was Financial Director for 10 years at Valeo Automotive, including a two year secondment in Sweden. He held functional and business management responsibilities for finance, treasury, tax and IT at various divisions/locations within Valeo.
Earlier in his career, Randy was a Staff Accountant for a local CPA firm, where he went on to earn his CPA certificate. Randy graduated from Penn State University with a BS degree in Accounting, Management and a minor in Economics.
