Our unique Shopping Cart System allows you to buy directly using our secure e-commerce feature or you may elect to submit your cart for quotation to as many as five Kimble Chase distributors.

Build Your Shopping Cart

Step One is to register on the site. Click on one of the "Register" links on the left side or at the bottom of the page. You will only need to provide a user name and email address to begin building a cart. If you have previously registered and have cookies enabled on your computer, this step will be unnecessary.

Step Two is to fill your shopping cart. Browse our site and select the products that you wish to add to your cart. After clicking on the "Add to Cart" button you are given the opportunity to enter the quantity desired. Buttons at the bottom of the page provide options for continuing to shop or checking out.

Step Three is to proceed to the "Check Out" page. Click on the "Check Out" button and you will be asked to supply shipping information. At the bottom of this page you need to choose between the Buy Now! and Get Dealer Quote! buttons. This determines how your cart is processed.

Select the Buy Now! button if you would like to place an order using your credit card or PO number. You will be shown the contents of your cart and asked for your payment method. Please note that there is a $50 minimum on any purchase. Complete the form, click "Submit" and your order will be processed. The "Order Complete" page will appear as verification that your order has been received. You are encouraged to print this page for your records.

Select the Get Dealer Quote! button if you would rather have your cart treated as a Request for Quote, hereafter referred to as an RFQ. The RFQ is a convenient way for you to shop for competitive quotes on line, gather information and purchase after you have compared prices. When you have completed the RFQ process, the dealer(s) that you select in the next step will receive an email of your cart with a request that the dealer(s) supply to you an email quote for the Kimble Chase products you have included in your RFQ. This is not a purchase and you will not be asked for a credit card number or purchase order number if you elect to process an RFQ Shopping Cart. Five is the limit on the number of dealers that you may select to receive an RFQ.

The "Complete" page will appear as verification that your RFQ has been processed. You are encouraged to print this page for your records.
